After studying Audiovisual Production, Iratxe Pérez specialized in Editing and Postproduction in Madrid and began to work as a script in television, film and advertising series.
She created her own Production Company and travelled to Algeria and Cuba to film her first film «Caribeños del Sahara» (2007), a documentary film that was in international festivals and broadcasted on several television stations. After her second documentary, «Auzolan» (2012) of a more personal nature, presented «180º Rumbo a la luz» (2015) a documentary film that received the support of INAAC. Months later she presented her fourth work, the documentary film «Montejurra’76: Claveles rojos para un adiós» (2016) which is distributed through Grupo Noticias.
With her Production Company, Simetría Producciones SL, she has directed more than seventy projects between events, training campaigns, spots and video clips. She is currently working on the script for her first fiction feature film.
